Who are we?
Established in 2019, Lundy's Coffee Co. is a mobile coffee trailer serving barista-made speciality coffee and hot drinks for weddings, events and festivals throughout Shropshire, Mid Wales, Cheshire, Herfordshire, the West Midlands... and beyond!
Our Story
Hi, I'm Martin! Professional nuclear physicist, coffee enthusiast and founder of Lundy's Coffee Co. based in Shrewsbury.

Despite working as a Physicist, my background is in hospitality. Throughout my student years I worked my way up the ranks in Liverpool's cocktail bars and high-end restaurants. Reaching the position of cocktail bar manager whilst studying for my PhD. Eventually, after graduating, I left the world of hospitality behind and focused on a career in Physics.
Back in 2019, finding myself tired with life behind a desk, I spent a year travelling through the beautiful scenery and cities of New Zealand on a career break. I have always been a caffeine addict but whilst there I worked in a number of specialty coffee shops which ignited my passion for hospitality once more and inspired me to train further in coffee at the NZ School of Food and Wine.

On my return to the UK I knew I wanted to make the coffee industry part of my life. In June 2022 I bought dilapidated horsebox trailer and, through many hours of work, renovated her into the fully equipped mobile coffee trailer she is today; ready for you all to experience not just the best coffee, but also the best in hospitality!
Our goal is to bring people together, over the best cup of coffee you've ever tasted! At Lundy's, we believe that coffee is not just a drink, it's an experience. We pride ourselves on sourcing the finest coffee from the UK's best roasteries and our experienced baristas are dedicated to providing delicious hot drinks with exceptional service... and maybe a bit of fun latte art too!
